Dog Collars for Africa
Every morning, after Naboe rises to cook breakfast for her five children, she walks five to six kilometers to collect firewood and water. She finds comfort in her afternoons when she is able to sit quietly and bead with the other women in her village. Naboe is very proud that her first born daughter is due to finish high school this year, but worried that the rest of her five children will not be able to afford to go to school. Naboe has told us she will dedicate all her proceeds from Dog Collars for Africa to educate her children. We can’t wait to see her realize this dream.
